Healthy Consultants is published by Giga Studios, Inc., reachable at hello@healthyconsultants.com. This policy explains how we handle information when you use healthyconsultants.com. Effective October 24, 2026.

Our comparison quiz and calculator process your entries in your browser. We do not send those entries to schools. If you contact us, we receive the email address and message you submit so we can respond. Please do not send sensitive medical or payment information. Our hosting and security providers process technical information to operate and protect the site. Optional analytics, if you allow it, helps us understand coarse page and tool usage. You can change your optional-analytics choice through Privacy preferences. When you follow a provider link, that provider’s privacy practices apply.

The program finder, the cost calculator and the comparison page keep your entries in the browser tab you are using. Your answers are not stored, not added to links, and not sent to us or to schools. A shared comparison link contains only the program IDs you selected.

The contact form asks for your email address, a message category and your message. With each message we also receive basic security information that helps us limit abuse, such as a one-way hash of your network address. We use your message only to respond and, for corrections, to review the page concerned. We do not forward messages to schools.

Necessary functions work whatever you choose. To operate the site we use cookieless, aggregate page-view statistics (Vercel Web Analytics); they do not use cookies or identify you, and they never receive your quiz, calculator or comparison entries. Optional analytics is separate: it stays off until you allow it where permission is required, and we send no optional analytics events today. You can accept or reject optional analytics, or manage your choices, at any time from Privacy preferences in the site footer. Where required, a Global Privacy Control signal is treated as a rejection of optional analytics.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your Privacy preferences choice is saved in this browser’s local storage so we can respect it on your next visit; clearing this site’s data in your browser removes it. Quiz, calculator and comparison entries are never stored in cookies or device storage. Site editors who preview unpublished drafts receive a technical preview cookie; readers do not.

We use service providers to host the site, store data, receive contact messages, and produce aggregate site statistics. Current providers: Vercel Inc. (USA) hosts and delivers the site through its global network, runs our server functions, including the contact form, in its Washington, D.C. region (iad1), keeps server and security logs, and provides cookieless Vercel Web Analytics (privacy policy: https://vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy). Supabase stores the site’s content and contact-form messages in a database hosted on Amazon Web Services in the us-east-1 region, USA (privacy policy: https://supabase.com/privacy). Forward Email (Forward Email LLC) forwards email sent to hello@healthyconsultants.com to our inbox (privacy policy: https://forwardemail.net/en/privacy), and Google Workspace (Google LLC) hosts that inbox (privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy). The Privacy preferences control is built into the site; we use no third-party consent, advertising, remarketing or session-recording service, and no newsletter service.

Contact-form messages stay in our site’s content-management inbox until we resolve the request and are deleted automatically 30 days after it is resolved. The one-way hash of your network address stored with a message, used only to limit abuse, is cleared automatically 7 days after the message arrives. Email sent directly to hello@healthyconsultants.com is kept only as long as we need it to respond, and is deleted no later than 12 months after the matter is closed. Our hosting provider keeps server and security logs for up to 30 days, unless they are needed to investigate a security incident. Analytics are kept only as aggregate statistics that do not identify you. Your Privacy preferences choice stays in your browser until you clear this site’s data, and quiz, calculator and comparison entries are not kept at all.

We handle personal information only for the purposes described above. Where the EU or UK GDPR or a similar law applies, we rely on our legitimate interests in running, securing and improving the site and in answering the messages and correction requests you send us, and on your consent for any optional analytics you allow. Healthy Consultants is operated from the United States: our server functions run in Vercel’s Washington, D.C. region (iad1), our database runs on Amazon Web Services in the us-east-1 region through Supabase, and Vercel’s global content-delivery network may serve pages from a location near you. If you use the site or contact us from outside the United States, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from yours; where required, we rely on the safeguards in our providers’ data-processing terms, such as standard contractual clauses.

To ask about information we hold about you, contact hello@healthyconsultants.com. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to receive a copy, and to ask us to correct or delete it. Put “Privacy request” in the subject line, say what you are asking for, and write from the email address you used with us so we can find your records; we may ask you to confirm that address before acting. We acknowledge requests within two business days and respond within 45 days. An authorized agent may make a request for you, and we will not treat you differently for exercising your rights. If we decline a request, we will explain why, and you can ask us to reconsider by replying to our answer. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a rejection of optional analytics. If you are in the EU or UK, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Healthy Consultants is written for adults researching health and wellness coach training and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact hello@healthyconsultants.com and we will delete it.

When our services or practices change, we update this policy and the effective date shown at the top of this page.
