Giga Studios, Inc. publishes healthyconsultants.com. These terms apply to your use of the site. Effective October 24, 2026.

Healthy Consultants publishes educational research about health and wellness coach training. We are not a school, clinic, certifying board, or credential verifier. Nothing on this site guarantees enrollment, admission, credential eligibility, board passage, employment, income, or any other outcome, and our tools do not determine admission or credential eligibility.

Each school controls its own admissions, tuition, payment plans, refunds and course terms. Confirm current details directly with the school before enrolling. We do not manage admission, tuition, refunds, or credential applications.

Program details change. We date our checks and correct errors when we find them, but a fact can change after we check it. Use the official source linked on each page for the current position.

Some links may be paid referral links. We label them and explain them in our affiliate disclosure.

You may use this site for your own personal, non-commercial research. Our text, data compilations, tools and graphics are protected by copyright. Do not copy or republish them without permission.

Do not misuse the site: for example, by attempting to disrupt it or bypass its security, by submitting false or abusive messages, or by automated access that burdens the service.

We link to schools and official sources so you can check them yourself. Those websites are run by others, and their own terms and privacy practices apply.

We provide the site, its research and its tools “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, about accuracy, completeness, availability or fitness for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for tuition, fees, lost income or other losses arising from your use of the site, your reliance on its content or tools, or your dealings with any school or linked website. If we are found liable despite these limits, our total liability for all claims relating to the site is limited to US$100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limits, so these apply only as far as the law permits, and nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you have a concern about the site, please email hello@healthyconsultants.com first so we can try to resolve it informally. Any dispute we cannot resolve that way will be decided by the state or federal courts located in California, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived by contract.
